Each ICY Couture crystal license plate frame is sold individually. Most customers order 1 frame for the rear plate or 2 frames for both front and rear plates.

This frame fits standard U.S. and Canada license plates measuring12" x 6". The top bar is approximately0.5"and the bottom bar is approximately1", giving space for your personalized message while keeping a clean luxury frame look.

ICY Couture crystal license plate frames are designed to be carwash safe when properly cared for.

Each frame is hand-crystallized with professional-grade adhesive that is waterproof and heat resistant using proprietary application techniques to support lasting sparkle through regular car washes and everyday driving.

ICY Couture crystal license plate frames include a crystal workmanship warranty.

Frames made with Austrian Crystals include a 5-year crystal workmanship warranty. Frames made with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-year rhinestone workmanship warranty.

If you lose crystals with normal wear and tear during the warranty period, you can send your frame back to us for a free repair. You would only be responsible for shipping.

Please contact us through the chat box to request a Repair Authorization before sending your frame in.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.

While we use strong waterproof & heat-resistant glue with proprietary techniques to extend longevity, results may vary depending on usage and environment. Some clients enjoy their Swarovski ICY gifts for over 10 years, while others less. Rhinestone options tend to have shorter lifespans.

CUSTOM GIFTS are meticulously crystallized by hand, and we process orders in the sequence they come in. Our normal production time is about 2 weeks, but we always strive to make your gift as soon as possible. Keep in mind that production time can vary, especially during busy seasons or for more detailed designs or larger items.

If you need your order faster, consider adding our VIP Rush Service to your cart. If you need your custom gift by a certain date, let us know in the Order Comments, and we'll do our best to meet your schedule.

PREMADE GIFTS are ready for immediate shipping. Orders placed before 2:30 PM PST ship out the same business day, or next business day, if placed over the weekends.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.

We're endlessly dedicated to perfect our crystallizing techniques and use only top-quality products to ensure the durability of your ICY Couture. We use a special strong glue that is waterproof, and heat-resistant, ensuring that your Auto Icing remains as durable as its beautiful, enduring countless drives and car washes.

Please follow these care instructions:

1. When washing your car, opt for hand car wash to protect your Auto Icing. Avoid power washing, as high-pressure water can compromise the crystals' adhesive.
2. To keep your Auto Icing clean and sparkling between car washes, use water and mild soap to gently wash off any dust or dirt.
3. Please avoid direct spraying onto your ICY Couture, as chemical can undermine the adhesive's integrity, leading to crystal detachment.
4. In regions with four seasons, we advise removing your ICY license plate/frame during the winter months. The salt and chemicals used to melt snow can potentially damage the adhesive's integrity. Emblems, being elevated from the road, can remain in place without concern.

Neglecting Auto Icing Care may nullify the warranty on our craftsmanship.
