I paid for the expensive Austria crystals and even ended added locking security kit, paid almost $300 and they made the mistake of sending my shipment to Sarasota when I am in Miami. Received the item almost a month later, not happy with the experience and will likely not order from this website again.
I’m sorry your package was lost during shipping, but as we explained in our email, shipping delays and lost packages are out of our control. Fortunately, we located your package quickly, and the delay was only two days.
The production time listed on our website is an estimate for most orders. However, actual timing can vary depending on our current workload and special requests—like your color—which required a special order and added to the production time.

The photo of the Chevy emblem in Clear crystals on our website is just an example from a different vehicle, where the emblem originally came with a chrome border. Since we order emblems based on your car’s exact year, model, and VIN, certain design details — like the border color — can vary depending on how it was manufactured for your vehicle. If we had ordered a chrome version, it wouldn’t have fit your car properly.
I was unbelievably excited to receive the shiny badges for my C8 corvette. The workmanship was fantastic and I literally about died waiting for an appointment to get them on my car. Gorgeous work and well worth the money! 10/10 satisfied!

Blink Blink!! I got it done for my 2022 Hyundai TUcson front emblem. The customer service/communication via chat is pretty good. They answered all of my questions before I make the purchase. The crystals are blink blink for sure. It is more noticeable in the sun or having lights shining against it. The craftsmanship seemed good and I can only hope it holds up for at least 2 years in NY environment. Overall my experience was great! Thank you!

I really like this license plate cover. I had to have it thin so it wouldn't cover the expiration date. Customer service was awesome, they chatted with me for a couple of days so I could get the color to match my car. Took a long time to deliver, but that is because they are all hand made. Really sparkly in the sunlight!

While the bling necklace collar is pretty, it's very thin and too delicate for my small ShiTzu. It really can't be. If your dog has very short fur, it's probably fine.

I looked everywhere for exactly this design and found it here! Too many crystals makes it look cheap, too much plastic makes it look plain… ICY did it just right!!!

For Hyundai (won't fit 2025)
I wished I shop around before I picked this company. I just had this installed 3 weeks ago. Already I had a total of 7 stones fall off!! 4, two days after install, 2 more last week, then 1 again today! I emailed the company to try to get some extra stones and have not received a response back. So I had to order stones on Amazon! This emblem was over $200 (I even did the up grade) I did not expect the stones to start coming off so soon. And even when they would start, it would have been nice to at least get a few replacement stones along with the emblem. Another very important thing to note is not only did I spend over $200 on this p.o.s. it is not wise to have any other person/ mechanic do the installation. You need to go to the dealership of the type of car that you have. They have to take off the front grill in order to replace the piece. Which means they have to disconnect all the sensors in the front. So its safer to have that dealership which knows how to connect them back correctly and could jeopardize your warranty. But regardless, getting it installed anywhere was $230. So not only are you paying a high ticket $ just to have stones start falling off within days/weeks.You're also paying a high dollar amount, just trying to get it installed.

We’ve made so many custom emblems, and as you can see from our reviews, our customers usually enjoy them for years. Unfortunately, everything thats made with rhinestone have a potential of losing them, for one reason or the other, but no matter what, we’re here to help!
I actually tried reaching out to you via email with a solution, but my messages kept bouncing back with an error saying your Comcast email server was temporarily down. Here’s the message I got:
'Message not delivered – There was a problem delivering your message to m**66@comcast.net. The response from the remote server was: 452 4.1.0 … temporary failure. Gmail will retry for 21 more hours.' (have screenshots of those emails)
