Designs Repairs

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When i received the steering wheel bling I attempted to install it but it doesn't fit it's to small and the center circle does not go around the VW logo in the center. I was very disappointed.

For Hyundai (won't fit 2025)

A few things to know before buying

I wished I shop around before I picked this company. I just had this installed 3 weeks ago. Already I had a total of 7 stones fall off!! 4, two days after install, 2 more last week, then 1 again today! I emailed the company to try to get some extra stones and have not received a response back. So I had to order stones on Amazon! This emblem was over $200 (I even did the up grade) I did not expect the stones to start coming off so soon. And even when they would start, it would have been nice to at least get a few replacement stones along with the emblem. Another very important thing to note is not only did I spend over $200 on this p.o.s. it is not wise to have any other person/ mechanic do the installation. You need to go to the dealership of the type of car that you have. They have to take off the front grill in order to replace the piece. Which means they have to disconnect all the sensors in the front. So its safer to have that dealership which knows how to connect them back correctly and could jeopardize your warranty. But regardless, getting it installed anywhere was $230. So not only are you paying a high ticket $ just to have stones start falling off within days/weeks.You're also paying a high dollar amount, just trying to get it installed.

Even for items made with Premium Glass Rhinestones, like your emblem, that’s definitely not typical, and I am sorry that happened to you. We’ve made so many custom emblems, and as you can see from our reviews, our customers usually enjoy them for years. Unfortunately, everything thats made with rhinestone have a potential of losing them, for one reason or the other, but no matter what, we’re here to help!

I actually tried reaching out to you via email with a solution, but my messages kept bouncing back with an error saying your Comcast email server was temporarily down. Here’s the message I got:
'Message not delivered – There was a problem delivering your message to m**66@comcast.net. The response from the remote server was: 452 4.1.0 … temporary failure. Gmail will retry for 21 more hours.' (have screenshots of those emails)

We always respond to customer inquiries, but if you ever don’t hear back from us for some reason, we highly recommend reaching out through our live chat on our website during business hours.

As for the installation, every car is different—some emblems pop right off, while others (like yours) need more work and should really be handled by a dealership or an experienced professional.
