Do I Have To Send My Own Headphones For Customization?

No.

You can send your own compatible headphones to ICY Couture for customization, or you can request a new pair through us when available. Many clients send us their own Beats or other compatible headphone brands for an ICY Couture makeover.

If you prefer to order new headphones, you may be able to select options such as Beats Studio Pro or Beats Solo 4 from the dropdown menu at checkout. ICY Couture orders genuine headphones from the brand or authorized retail sources when the “Order New” option is selected.

Where To Ship My Headphones?

Once you place your order and receive your IC order number, we’ll email you Shipping Instructions with our California address and next steps.

Please include your order number with your headphones so we can match and process your package as soon as it arrives. We’ll notify you once it has been received and will keep you updated every step of the way.

Do You Only Customize Beats?

Not at all!

While Beats are our most requested headphones, we also crystallize other popular brands like Apple AirPods Max, Sony WH-1000XM5, Bose QC45, JBL, and more.

If your headphones aren’t listed, just send us a photo via chat — we’ll confirm if they’re compatible with our signature ICY customization.

Can You Do Custom Patterns, Names Or Logos?

Yes!

You can send us a custom pattern, design theme or a custom logo and we'll translate it into a rhinestone design.

For complex logos, send us a photo to confirm feasibility.

How Long Does It Take To Make Custom Crystal Headphones?

CUSTOM GIFTS are meticulously crystallized by hand, and we process orders in the sequence they come in. Our normal production time is about 2 weeks, but we always strive to make your gift as soon as possible. Keep in mind that production time can vary, especially during busy seasons or for more detailed designs or larger items.

If you need your order faster, consider adding our VIP Rush Service to your cart. If you need your custom gift by a certain date, let us know in the Order Comments, and we'll do our best to meet your schedule.

How Long Do Custom Crystal Headphones Last?

Custom crystal headphones are meticulously hand-customized to order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received. Our normal production time is about 2 weeks, but timing may vary during busy seasons, holidays, detailed designs, custom names, logos, or larger projects.

If you need your custom headphones by a specific date, please include the date in your Order Comments before checkout.

Do You Offer Corporate Branding Or Custom PR Orders?

Absolutely!

ICY Couture offers a full-service rhinestone rhinestone application tailored to your custom needs.

We work with brands, designers, production teams, and PR firms to create custom-branded headphones for product launches, celebrity gifting, red carpet events, and high-end PR.

What Is Your Warranty Policy?

Custom headphones crystallized with Swarovski Crystals are covered by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty.

Headphones bedazzled with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-Year Warranty.

If crystals fall off during the warranty period, we’ll repair it for free.

Designs Repairs

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.

Cancelations & Modifications

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

Returns & Refunds

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.
