Austrian Crystals undergo a meticulous cutting and polishing process, which gives them their signature sparkle. They are made from a combination of quartz sand, minerals, and natural elements. These crystals are considered top-of-the-line and are favored for their luxurious look.
2. Glass Rhinestones, on the other hand, are made from glass. Glass rhinestones are a more affordable alternative to Austrian Crystals while they still provide a dazzling effect, they may not have the same level of clarity as Austrian Crystals.

While we are using high-quality materials and proper crystallizing techniques which significantly improve the lifespan of your Auto Icing, some degree of variation may still occur due to individual conditions and factors beyond our control.

Some of our clients enjoy enjoy their emblems and frames for 10 years, while others much less. Proper care and environmental conditions are the key to maintaining the beauty and longevity of your ICY Couture.

We use a special strong glue that is waterproof, and heat-resistant, ensuring that your Auto Icing remains as durable as its beautiful, enduring countless drives and car washes.

Please follow these care instructions:

1. When washing your car, opt for hand car wash to protect your Auto Icing. Avoid power washing, as high-pressure water can compromise the crystals' adhesive.
2. To keep your Auto Icing clean and sparkling between car washes, use water and mild soap to gently wash off any dust or dirt.
3. Please avoid direct spraying onto your ICY Couture, as chemical can undermine the adhesive's integrity, leading to crystal detachment.
4. In regions with four seasons, we advise removing your ICY license plate/frame during the winter months. The salt and chemicals used to melt snow can potentially damage the adhesive's integrity.
5. Emblems, being elevated from the road, can remain in place for winters without concern.

Neglecting Auto Icing Care may nullify the warranty on our craftsmanship.

To remove most trunk emblems or letters from your car, follow these instructions:

1. Gather the necessary tools: You will need a hairdryer, a plastic pry tool or credit card, adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol, fishing line or dental floss, and a clean cloth.
2. Heat the emblem: Use the hairdryer to warm up your emblem. Hold it a few inches away from the emblem and move it around to evenly distribute the heat. This will soften the adhesive behind the emblem, making it easier to remove.
3. Use the plastic pry tool or credit card: Once the emblem is heated, insert the plastic pry tool or credit card between your emblem. Gently pry and wiggle the tool to loosen the emblem. Take your time to avoid scratching surrounding areas.
4. Use fishing line or dental floss: If the emblem doesn't come off easily with the pry tool, use fishing line or dental floss as a sawing motion to slide behind the emblem. Hold each end of the line or floss and work it back and forth behind the emblem until it loosens further.
5. Continue prying and lifting: Once the emblem is loose, continue prying and lifting it away from the grill. Apply even pressure and be careful not to bend or damage the emblem.
6. Remove any remaining adhesive: After removing the emblem, you may find adhesive residue on the grill. Apply adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol to a clean cloth and gently rub the residue until it comes off. Take care not to scrub too hard to avoid damaging the finish.
7. Clean and inspect: Once the adhesive is completely removed, clean that area with a mild soap and water solution. Rinse and dry it thoroughly. Take this opportunity to inspect the grill for any signs of damage or wear.
