ICY Couture crystal license plate frames include a crystal workmanship warranty. Frames made with Swarovski Crystals are covered by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty, while frames made with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty.

If crystals come loose during the warranty period, we’ll repair the affected area for free. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from ICY Couture.

Yes.

ICY Couture license plate frames include crystal screw caps for a finished designer look. By default, screw caps are made to match the main crystal color of your frame. If you prefer a different screw cap color, please note your request in the Order Comments before checkout.

ICY Couture designer crystal license plate frames are hand-crystallized to order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received. Normal production time is about 2 weeks, but timing may vary during busy seasons, holidays, crystal material selection, design details, and current order volume.

If you need your frame by a specific date, please include your deadline in Order Comments before checkout.

While we use strong waterproof & heat-resistant glue with proprietary techniques to extend longevity, results may vary depending on usage and environment. Some clients enjoy their Swarovski ICY gifts for over 10 years, while others less. Rhinestone options tend to have shorter lifespans.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.

We're endlessly dedicated to perfect our crystallizing techniques and use only top-quality products to ensure the durability of your ICY Couture. We use a special strong glue that is waterproof, and heat-resistant, ensuring that your Auto Icing remains as durable as its beautiful, enduring countless drives and car washes.

Please follow these care instructions:

1. When washing your car, opt for hand car wash to protect your Auto Icing. Avoid power washing, as high-pressure water can compromise the crystals' adhesive.
2. To keep your Auto Icing clean and sparkling between car washes, use water and mild soap to gently wash off any dust or dirt.
3. Please avoid direct spraying onto your ICY Couture, as chemical can undermine the adhesive's integrity, leading to crystal detachment.
4. In regions with four seasons, we advise removing your ICY license plate/frame during the winter months. The salt and chemicals used to melt snow can potentially damage the adhesive's integrity. Emblems, being elevated from the road, can remain in place without concern.

Neglecting Auto Icing Care may nullify the warranty on our craftsmanship.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.
