To ensure the authenticity of your ICY Couture, find our small signature logo. This distinguishing mark serves as a certificate of authenticity and guarantee of quality craftsmanship, setting apart your genuine, meticulously crafted ICY Gifts from their cheap imitations.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

 

Please note that our ICY Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. We encourage our customers to treat their Gift Certificate numbers like cash, as they are not replaceable if used without authorization. 

 

CRYSTAL COLORS DISCLAIMER:

 

Please note that the colors of our crystallized items depicted in our images may vary compared to their appearance in person. The hues of crystals can be influenced by factors such as individual computer screen settings, lighting conditions, and the time of day of the time of taking a picture or video. We've put forth every effort to accurately showcase crystal colors on our website, providing a comprehensive Color Chart and a Crystal Color option on each item's page. It's important to understand that we can only take responsibility for any color discrepancies if we crafted your ICY gift in a color that deviates from your selected choice at checkout. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY:

 

As a retailer and customization service, we do not manufacture actual items available on our website, including car emblems, license plate frames, headphones, stethoscopes etc. Our role is in the exquisite customization of these items with your preferred type of rhinestones. Consequently, we are unable to offer warranties for products made by third-party manufacturers.

 

Custom ICY Gifts, crystallized with luxury Austrian Crystals, are backed by a 5-year warranty period.

Custom gifts, crystallized with Premium Glass Rhinestones are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

For sustained quality, we recommend opting for items made with luxury crystals.

 It's crucial to note that our warranty covers normal wear & tear, and does not extend to manufacturer's defects, physical abuse, misuse, accidents, heat or chemical exposure of your gifts.

 

DESIGN REPAIR:

 

Each custom item comes with extra crystals in every size and color used in that design for a quick fix, in case a crystal needs to be replaced. Please note that we do not recommend using any type of glue other than rhinestones glue to repair any crystals that may have come loose or you will ruin your item and crystals. We will not repair designs that were damaged by the use of crazy glue or any other type of glue not meant for use on crystals. Additionally, we will not repair designs that have been damaged through misuse, mishandling, neglect, modification, tampering, auto accident, heat or chemical exposure.

 

PORTRAITS:

 

Our portraits showcase the creativity and talent of our artists, and as such, are subject to their unique vision, which is not open to dispute. A portrait, like any highly detailed design or reproduction of a person or pet, has an exclusive signature look that is unique to ICY Couture. By placing an order for a Portrait, you acknowledge that you have reviewed examples of our portraits on our website and agree to accept the style of the recreation. While our artist strives to make the re-creation as close to the original photo as possible, there will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any custom item, including Portraits. Depending on the design's complexity, please allow extra time for the artist to create your timeless crystal art.

TAXES:

 

ICY Couture is required by law to collect current sales tax on all products sold and shipped within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to sales tax. International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs taxes or duties that may arise.
