Our mirror and matte high-end metallic finishes are engineered to replicate the appearance of 24K gold, rose gold, chrome, and other premium metals — without using raw gold leaf or traditional electroplating.

This is not traditional solid gold electroplating. ICY Couture uses an exclusive, multi-step metal coating process that produces a high-end metallic finish designed to visually match gold, rose gold, chrome, and other luxury metals in both mirror and matte finishes.

This method allows for precise color control, consistent results, and long-term durability while maintaining a refined luxury appearance.

Clients may choose between mirror (high-gloss) or matte (satin) finishes. Available metallic looks include gold, rose gold, chrome, rhodium, copper, brass, bronze, and custom color-matched finishes upon request.

We specialize in gold and chrome-style coating for microphones and mic stands, but our process is also compatible with other items made of metal, wood, fiberglass, ceramic, and select composite materials.

If you select the option to order a new microphone, we default to the Shure BLX2/PG58 Wireless Handheld Microphone Transmitter (H10 Band). If you prefer a different microphone model, simply let us know — pricing will be adjusted based on the current market price of that microphone.

If you need us to order a mic stand, we typically source K&M brand mic stands. You may also send your own stand if you have a specific model or preference.

The coating process is purely cosmetic and does not interfere with microphone sound quality or performance.

Each coated microphone and mic stand is sealed with a protective topcoat designed to resist peeling, discoloration, and normal wear associated with studio handling, touring, and live performance environments.

Typical turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks from the time your item is received. Production timelines may extend during peak or holiday seasons.
