You can send your own microphone for ICY Couture customization and only pay for the crystal work. Once your order is placed, we’ll email you shipping instructions with our California address and your order number so we can properly match your microphone when it arrives.

Yes, we offer that as a convenience service. By default, ICY Couture orders a Shure BLX2/PG58 Wireless Handheld Microphone Transmitter in H10 Band for use with BLX Wireless Microphone Systems. Receiver sold separately. If you want a different microphone model, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and adjust pricing based on current market price.

Yes.

ICY Couture custom crystal microphones include a crystal workmanship warranty. Microphones made with Swarovski Crystals are covered by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty, while microphones made with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty. If crystals come loose during the warranty period, we’ll repair the affected area for free. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from ICY Couture.

Crystal customization is applied to the exterior surface only and is designed not to interfere with microphone performance when completed properly on a compatible microphone. Performance-sensitive areas are handled carefully during the customization process.

Custom crystal microphones are hand-customized to order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received. Normal production time is usually about 2–3 weeks, but timing can vary depending on the microphone type, design details, crystal materials selected, seasonal demand, and whether we need to receive your microphone before production can begin. If you need it by a specific date, please include your deadline in Order Notes or contact us before ordering.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.
