You may send your own compatible stethoscope to ICY Couture for crystal customization. Please continue through checkout first so your order is created. We’ll then send Shipping Instructions with our California address and next steps. Include your order number with your shipment so we can match your stethoscope to your order when it arrives.

When you choose the “Order New” option, ICY Couture orders a genuine stethoscope from the selected brand or an authorized retail source for customization. We do not manufacture stethoscopes or sell counterfeit products. Available options may include select Littmann, MDF, Eko, Prestige Medical and other compatible stethoscope models depending on current availability.

Yes.

Engraving may be available on select MDF, Littmann, and Eko stethoscope models.

Add a name, initials, title, graduation year, or short message when the selected stethoscope style allows it.

Placement of the engraving depends on the stethoscope brand. Some stethoscopes can only be engraved on the tube, while others can be engraved on the bell.

Please note that engraving adds additional time to production.

ICY Couture does not use rhinestone stickers. We specialize in luxury customization using proprietary crystallizing techniques and professional-grade crystal application. Each custom crystal stethoscope is hand-crystallized with individual Swarovski Crystals or Premium Glass Rhinestones for a polished, durable, high-end finish.

Austrian Crystals (aka Swarovski) are well-known luxury crystals valued for their precision cut, color consistency, long-term brilliance, and longevity. They are the premium choice for clients who want the highest-quality sparkle and the most refined finish for their crystallized gift.

Premium Glass Rhinestones are non-branded glass rhinestones that offer a more budget-friendly custom look. They still create beautiful sparkle, but they may not have the same level of clarity, uniformity, brilliance, or long-term durability as Swarovski Crystals.

Caring for a ICY Couture crystal stethoscope is simple. Wipe it gently with a disinfecting medical-grade wipe after each use, just as you would with a standard stethoscope. ICY Couture uses professional-grade crystal application techniques designed to support daily handling in clinical settings.

To help preserve the crystal finish, do not soak the stethoscope in alcohol, harsh chemicals, or cleaning solutions. Avoid aggressive scrubbing, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged liquid exposure. Always follow your workplace’s hygiene requirements and the stethoscope manufacturer’s care guidelines.

Yes.

ICY Couture custom crystal stethoscopes include a crystal workmanship warranty. Stethoscopes made with Swarovski Crystals are covered by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty, while stethoscopes made with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty. If crystals come loose during the warranty period, we’ll repair the affected area for free. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

ICY Couture custom crystal stethoscopes are hand-crystallized per order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received.

Normal production time is about 2 weeks, but timing may vary based on stethoscope availability, crystal material, ombre design details, engraving requests, seasonal demand, and whether we need to receive your stethoscope before customization can begin.

VIP Rush Service may be available for time-sensitive custom crystal stethoscope orders when production capacity allows. Rush service gives your order priority production, but it applies to production time only and does not include shipping. If you need your stethoscope for graduation, a white coat ceremony, birthday, holiday gift, or specific deadline, please chat with us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.
