ICY Couture does not use rhinestone stickers. Each tumbler is hand-crystallized with individual Swarovski Crystals or Premium Glass Rhinestones using professional-grade application techniques.

Swarovski Crystals are the premium option for long-term brilliance, precision sparkle, and luxury finish. Premium Glass Rhinestones offer a more budget-friendly custom look. ICY Couture offers both options so you can choose the crystal quality that best fits your style, budget, and intended use.

Yes.

ICY Couture crystal tumblers include a crystal workmanship warranty. Tumblers made with Swarovski Crystals are covered by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty, while tumblers made with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty.

If crystals come loose during the warranty period, we’ll repair the affected area for free. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from ICY Couture.

ICY Couture custom crystal tumblers are hand-crystallized to order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received. Normal production time is about 2 weeks, but timing can vary based on tumbler size, crystal material, design details, seasonal demand, and current order volume.

Yes.

VIP Rush Service may be available for time-sensitive custom crystal tumbler orders when production capacity allows. Rush service gives your order priority production, but it applies to production time only and does not include shipping.

If you need your tumbler by a specific date, please chat with us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.

We're endlessly dedicated to perfect our crystallizing techniques and use only top-quality products to ensure the durability of your ICY Couture. We use a special strong glue that is waterproof, and heat-resistant, ensuring that your Auto Icing remains as durable as its beautiful, enduring countless drives and car washes.

Please follow these care instructions:

1. When washing your car, opt for hand car wash to protect your Auto Icing. Avoid power washing, as high-pressure water can compromise the crystals' adhesive.
2. To keep your Auto Icing clean and sparkling between car washes, use water and mild soap to gently wash off any dust or dirt.
3. Please avoid direct spraying onto your ICY Couture, as chemical can undermine the adhesive's integrity, leading to crystal detachment.
4. In regions with four seasons, we advise removing your ICY license plate/frame during the winter months. The salt and chemicals used to melt snow can potentially damage the adhesive's integrity. Emblems, being elevated from the road, can remain in place without concern.

Neglecting Auto Icing Care may nullify the warranty on our craftsmanship.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.
