Because surfaces and materials vary, send us a photo or product link first so we can confirm compatibility and recommend the best customization approach.

Yes.

 ICY Couture can translate logos, initials, lettering, patterns and other brand artwork into custom crystal or rhinestone designs, depending on the size, shape and surface of the product. Depending on the concept, we can also incorporate pearls, specialty rhinestone shapes and mixed embellishment techniques to create a more dimensional or distinctive design.

For best results, send us a vector logo file such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF whenever available. High-resolution PNG files may also work for simpler designs.

We review each project individually to determine the best crystal size, placement and level of detail so the finished design remains recognizable and proportionate to the product.

If a logo is too detailed for the available surface area, we can recommend ways to simplify or adapt the design while preserving the brand’s overall look.

In many cases, yes. ICY Couture can work from your brand colors, Pantone references, approved artwork or existing product colors to select Swarovski crystal, Glass Rhinestone, pearl and specialty embellishment options that coordinate as closely as possible with your brand palette.

Because crystal and rhinestone colors can reflect light differently from printed or digital colors, an exact Pantone match is not always possible. We will recommend the closest available options and can provide photos, mockups or samples when color accuracy is especially important to the project.

For multi-color logos or detailed brand palettes, we can also combine different crystal colors, finishes, pearls and specialty rhinestone shapes to create the closest visual interpretation.

For many corporate, agency and event projects, ICY Couture can create a physical sample before moving into the full production run.

The sample is typically produced as the first unit of the project using the proposed product, materials, colors, logo placement and design details so your team or client can review and approve the finished look before the remaining quantity is completed.

Physical samples are quoted separately based on the product, materials and design complexity. Depending on the project, we may begin with a digital mockup before producing the sample.

If significant design or material changes are requested after the first sample is produced, an additional sample may be required before production continues.

Production time depends on the product, quantity, design complexity, materials, sourcing requirements and whether a sample or client approval is needed before the full order begins.

Smaller or straightforward projects may be completed within a few weeks, while larger quantities, highly detailed designs or projects requiring product sourcing and sampling may require additional production time.
