We specialize in high-end, long-lasting customization using genuine car emblems and premium crystal applications designed to withstand everyday use and car washes. Each emblem is meticulously crystallized by hand with Swarovski Crystals or Premium Glass Rhinestones for a luxury makeover.

These are genuine replacement emblems that go instead of your factory ones. Most clients go to an auto body shop to uninstall their factory emblems and install ICY Coutured. If you are handy, you can also search YouTube for "How to remove [your car brand] emblem" to do it yourself.

Yes. ICY Couture customizes genuine replacement emblems for all major car makes including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Jeep, Bentley, Range Rover, and many more. If your car brand isn’t listed, just message us via the chat box for a quote.

Yes, since you'll be removing your own emblems anyway, you can save money on the new parts and only pay for the customization if you send yours to us for the ICY Couture makeover. You can send us both interior and exterior emblems and parts.

We are using very strong waterproof & heat resistant glue with proper crystallizing techniques that significantly improve the lifespan of your bedazzled ICY gifts, some degree of lifespan variation may still occur due to individual conditions and factors beyond our control.

While some of our clients enjoy their ICY gifts, made with Austrian Crystals, for 10 years, others much less. Proper care and environmental conditions are the key to maintaining the beauty and longevity of your ICY Couture.

We use a very strong glue that is waterproof, and heat-resistant, ensuring that your Auto Icing remains as durable as its beautiful, enduring countless drives and car washes.

Please follow these care instructions:

1. When washing your car, opt for hand car wash to protect your Auto Icing. Avoid power washing, as high-pressure water can compromise the crystals' adhesive.
2. To keep your Auto Icing clean and sparkling between car washes, use water and mild soap to wash off any dust or dirt.
3. Please avoid direct spraying onto your ICY Couture, as chemical can undermine the adhesive's integrity, leading to crystal detachment.
4. In regions with four seasons, we advise removing your ICY license plate/frame during the winter months. The salt and chemicals used to melt snow can potentially damage the adhesive's integrity. Emblems, being elevated from the road, can remain in place without concern.

Neglecting Auto Icing Care may nullify the warranty on our craftsmanship.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box, send us a picture of your damage.

This Warranty on our work covers normal wear & tear, and does not extend to manufacturer's defects, physical abuse, misuse, design tempering, accidents, heat or chemical exposures.
