GLASS RHINESTONES are non-branded rhinestones made from glass. Glass rhinestones are a more affordable alternative to Austrian Crystals. While they still provide a dazzling effect, they may not have the same level of clarity, uniformity and longevity as the Austrian Crystals.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.

Cancelations & Modifications

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

Returns & Refunds

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.

I really like this license plate cover. I had to have it thin so it wouldn't cover the expiration date. Customer service was awesome, they chatted with me for a couple of days so I could get the color to match my car. Took a long time to deliver, but that is because they are all hand made. Really sparkly in the sunlight!

Bought this plate frame for my daughters car she got for her 18th birthday. Her car is white and has white license plate. She is more of a subtle girl, so I opted for the slim frame. I figure with only seeing the high star reviews this company only discloses the great reviews. I purchased the bling tag with the matching caps. I very pretty until the caps have started falling off. I asked the company to replace the caps to which they sent me a link to purchase more even though I had them secured properly. Wouldn't purchase anything else again:(
