Each ICY Couture crystal license plate frame is sold individually. Most customers order 1 frame for the rear plate or 2 frames for both front and rear plates.

Yes. ICY Couture crystal license plate frames are designed to be carwash safe under normal use. We use professional crystal application techniques and strong adhesive for a durable finish. For the longest-lasting sparkle, avoid aggressive pressure washing directly on the crystals at very close range.

ICY Couture custom crystal license plate frames include a crystal workmanship warranty. Frames made with Swarovski Crystals are covered by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty, while frames made with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty. If crystals come loose during the warranty period, we’ll repair the affected area for free. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from ICY Couture.

ICY Couture custom ombre crystal license plate frames are hand-crystallized to order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received. Normal production time is about 2 weeks, but timing may vary based on crystal material, color selection, custom ombre layout, seasonal demand, and current order volume.

Yes.

VIP Rush Service may be available for time-sensitive custom crystal license plate frame orders when production capacity allows. Rush service gives your order priority production, but it applies to production time only and does not include shipping. If you need your frame by a specific date, please chat with us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.

Custom Gifts, crystallized with luxury Austrian Crystals, are backed by a 5-Year Warranty period from the date of purchase.

This Warranty on our work covers normal wear & tear, and does not extend to manufacturer's defects, physical abuse, misuse, accidents, heat or chemical exposure.
