Studio mic flags are hand-crystallized in California, and we process orders in the sequence they are received. If you send your own mic flag, typical production time is about 2 weeks. Production time can vary during peak seasons or for more detailed designs.

If you choose Order New Mic Flag With Printed Logo, additional time may be required because printing depends on the printing company’s current order volume. Expedited printing may be available for a $150 fee (paid to the printing company).

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
