Once your order is placed, we will send you a kiss kit with the special materials needed to create your lip print. You can make as many tries as needed until you are happy with the result. Once you have your desired kiss print, send it back to us using the provided return envelope. This part of the timeline depends on when you are ready — there is no need to rush.

After we receive your kiss print, we work with a graphic designer to convert it into a digital format that can be professionally printed.

This step usually takes about 10 days.

Once the digital file is complete, your lip print is transferred onto the canvas size you selected.

This printing step can take up to 2 weeks.

Crystals are applied one by one with careful attention to the shape, structure, and unique details of your kiss print. Depending on the detail level and canvas size, this stage can take approximately 1 to 3 months, depending on the size.

Once your FOREVER KISS® is complete, your custom crystal artwork is carefully packaged and shipped to you. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Your finished FOREVER KISS® is designed to be displayed as a meaningful statement piece or gifted as a deeply personal keepsake.

If you already know you would prefer a kiss shape that is not your own, let us know, and we will skip the kiss kit step and move directly into the design phase.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.
