Crystals vs Rhinestones
- Austrian Crystals (aka Swarovski): High-quality, precision-cut crystals that are known for their exceptional brilliance and clarity. Austrian Crystals undergo a meticulous cutting and polishing process, which gives them their signature sparkle. They are made from a combination of quartz sand, minerals, and natural elements. These crystals are considered top-of-the-line and are favored for their luxurious look.
- Glass Rhinestones are made from glass. Glass rhinestones are a more affordable alternative to Austrian Crystals. While they still provide a dazzling effect, they may not have the same level of clarity & uniformity as Austrian Crystals.

Production Time
Custom Gifts are meticulously crystallized by hand, and we process orders in the sequence they come in. Please expect a production time of about 2 weeks. Keep in mind that production time can vary, especially during busy seasons or for more detailed designs.

How Long Will It Last?
While we are using very strong waterproof & heat resistant glue with proper crystallizing techniques that significantly improve the lifespan of your fancy ICY gifts, but some degree of lifespan variation may still occur due to individual conditions and factors beyond our control.
Some of our clients enjoy their Auto Icing for 10 years, while others much less. Proper care and environmental conditions are the key to maintaining the beauty and longevity of your ICY Couture.
Auto Icing Care
We're endlessly dedicated to perfect our crystallizing techniques and use only top-quality products to ensure the durability of your ICY Couture. We use a special strong glue that is waterproof, and heat-resistant, ensuring that your Auto Icing remains as durable as its beautiful, enduring countless drives and car washes.
Please follow these care instructions:
- When washing your car, opt for hand car wash to protect your Auto Icing. Avoid power washing, as high-pressure water can compromise the crystals' adhesive.
- To keep your Auto Icing clean and sparkling between car washes, use water and mild soap to gently wash off any dust or dirt.
- Please avoid direct spraying onto your ICY Couture, as chemical can undermine the adhesive's integrity, leading to crystal detachment.
- In regions with four seasons, we advise removing your ICY license plate/frame during the winter months. The salt and chemicals used to melt snow can potentially damage the adhesive's integrity. Emblems, being elevated from the road, can remain in place without concern.
Neglecting Auto Icing Care may nullify the warranty on our craftsmanship.

Custom Gifts, crystallized with luxury Austrian Crystals, are backed by a 5-Year Warranty period from the date of purchase.
Custom gifts, crystallized with Premium Glass Rhinestones are covered for 1 Year Warranty period
This Warranty on our work covers normal wear & tear, and does not extend to manufacturer's defects, physical abuse, misuse, accidents, heat or chemical exposure.
