• Choose whether you will send your own emblem for customization or if you’d like us to order a new one for you.

3. CHOOSE YOUR EMBLEM:

• Once you've selected the Emblem Option, a list of available emblems for that car will appear.
• Choose your desired emblem from that list.The market price of that emblem will be added to the base price of the listing.

4. CUSTOMIZE:

• Select your Crystal Color to personalize your emblem to your liking.
• If you need us to order a new emblem, provide your car’s year, model, and VIN so the dealership can provide us with the correct size emblem that fits your car.

5. REVIEW AND ADD TO CART:

• After selecting all options, add the emblem to your cart to see your final price.

6. FOR MULTIPLE EMBLEMS:

•  Repeat the process for each one.

While some of our clients enjoy their ICY gifts, made with Austrian Crystals, for several years, others much less. Premium Glass Rhinestones tent to have less longevity. Proper care and environmental conditions are the key to maintaining the beauty and longevity of your ICY Couture.

ICY Couture crystal car emblems include a crystal workmanship warranty. Emblems made with Austrian Crystals are covered by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty, while emblems made with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty.

If crystals come loose during the warranty period, we’ll repair the affected area for free. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from ICY Couture.

Newer models Mercedes-Benz glass front grille emblems may be located near or include radar, sensors, cameras, or driver-assistance systems. If your emblem contains technology behind or near the badge, please confirm compatibility with your dealer before ordering. ICY Couture is not responsible for sensor, camera, or radar interference caused by crystal customization.

ICY Couture custom crystal emblems are hand-crystallized to order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received.

Normal production time is about 2 weeks, but timing can vary depending on the part type, crystal material, coverage, design details, seasonal demand, and whether we need to receive your emblem before customization can begin.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

We're endlessly dedicated to perfect our crystallizing techniques and use only top-quality products to ensure the durability of your ICY Couture. We use a special strong glue that is waterproof, and heat-resistant, ensuring that your Auto Icing remains as durable as its beautiful, enduring countless drives and car washes.

Please follow these care instructions:

1. When washing your car, opt for hand car wash to protect your Auto Icing. Avoid power washing, as high-pressure water can compromise the crystals' adhesive.
2. To keep your Auto Icing clean and sparkling between car washes, use water and mild soap to gently wash off any dust or dirt.
3. Please avoid direct spraying onto your ICY Couture, as chemical can undermine the adhesive's integrity, leading to crystal detachment.
4. In regions with four seasons, we advise removing your ICY license plate/frame during the winter months. The salt and chemicals used to melt snow can potentially damage the adhesive's integrity. Emblems, being elevated from the road, can remain in place without concern.

Neglecting Auto Icing Care may nullify the warranty on our craftsmanship.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.
