RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY.

As a brand committed to high-quality custom goods, our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We take pride in our workmanship and use only the best materials to create our products. In the unlikely event that you discover a defect in our workmanship, please contact us immediately via chat box, or at sales@icycouture.co or call 1 (877) 707-0429 to address the issue. We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly assist you.
FINAL SALE:
All made per order items, fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
CUSTOM GIFTS:
Although we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order, we are willing to remake it if there is any blemish in our work. Please contact us via chat box or email sales@icycouture.co to get Return Authorization and ship it to the address in your order confirmation email within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
BOUTIQUE COLLECTION GIFTS:
You may return Premade Gifts within 14 days of delivery for the store credit or exchange. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, excluding shipping and return fees. Please contact us via chat box or email sales@icycouture.co to get Return Authorization and ship it to the address in your order confirmation email. The item must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition as you received them. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, neglect, design modification, tampering, or any other unintended use.
CANCELEATIONS & MODIFICATIONS:
CUSTOM GIFTS:
To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.
During the ordering process, please double-check all the details, including the colors or applicable device, and ensure that all other information is accurate. If you notice any mistakes, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can make the necessary changes before the item is created.
Once your made-per-order item has been created, we cannot accept returns, refunds, cancellations or modifications to that order. We strongly encourage you to double check your custom options before placing your order, as we are not liable for any mistakes you make.
For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us via chat box. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.
BOUTIQUE GIFTS:
For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.
