Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.

Returns & Refunds

FINAL SALE:

All custom items, fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Beautiful Bling for My Lexus!

I really love my crystal license plate for my Lexus. It's absolutely beautiful, and I can't wait to put it on my car! I was a little disappointed that the rhinestone border wasn't a little wider or had more rows of crystals—I expected it to be a bit bigger to really stand out as a frame. Even so, it's still very sparkly and definitely has that bling factor. I know I'm going to get a lot of compliments on it. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I would definitely buy another one in the future without a doubt.
