If you are sending your own stand, please continue through checkout first so your order is created. We’ll then send shipping instructions with our California address and next steps. Yes.

ICY Couture custom crystal microphone stands include a crystal workmanship warranty. Mic stands made with Swarovski Crystals are covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty, while mic stands made with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-year workmanship warranty. If crystals come loose during the warranty period, we’ll repair the affected area for free. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from ICY Couture.

ICY Couture custom crystal microphone stands are hand-crystallized to order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received. Normal production time is about 2 weeks, but timing may vary based on crystal material, design details, seasonal demand, current order volume, and whether we need to receive your mic stand before customization can begin. If you need your mic stand by a specific date, please include your deadline in order comments and chat with us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

VIP rush service may be available for time-sensitive custom crystal microphone stand orders when production capacity allows. Rush service gives your order priority production, but it applies to production time only and does not include shipping. CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.
