Custom crystal headphones are meticulously hand-customized to order, and production is completed in the sequence orders are received. Our normal production time is about 2 weeks, but timing may vary during busy seasons, holidays, detailed designs, custom names, logos, or larger projects.

We work with brands, designers, production teams, and PR firms to create custom-branded headphones for product launches, celebrity gifting, red carpet events, and high-end PR.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.

BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.

Custom headphones crystallized with Swarovski Crystals are covered by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty.

Headphones bedazzled with Premium Glass Rhinestones include a 1-Year Warranty.

If crystals fall off during the warranty period, we’ll repair it for free

Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.

Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping both ways.

For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box.

FINAL SALE:

Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMADE GIFTS:

Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping and return fees. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CUSTOM GIFTS:

Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.
