SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing ICY Couture!
Our production time varies depending on demand and the time of year. You can view a product’s approximate production time under the “Production Time” section in the product’s page. Note that during peak seasons, such as holidays, we advise customers to prepare well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
When you opt for faster delivery with a shipping company of your choice, the payment does not go to us as a faster service charge. You are selecting the actual shipping time for your package after your item is custom created.
Shipping of Rush Orders
At ICY Couture, we understand that sometimes you need your custom gift sooner rather than later. While our standard production time is about 2-3 weeks, we offer a Rush Service (+$100) option that you can add to your cart to expedite your order. With Rush Service Fee, your order will be put at the top of our production list, and that fee will be paid to designers work after hours to get it completed as soon as possible. While some items can be made within 24-48 hours, certain items require more time due to it size, detail or that we have to receive that item first, before we can start the production.
Please note that Rush Service does not include shipping fees. If you require your item by a specific date, kindly let us know in the Order Notes section at checkout and select the Expedited Shipping option. We will do everything possible to make your custom item and ship it to you in time!
Please be reasonable with your expectations as our custom items also require time to dry. Shipping carriers do not move packages on weekends, so keep that in mind when placing your Rush Order that you require to have by a specific date.
While we do our best to accommodate your needs, Rush Orders may not always be possible due to the seasonal high demand for this service, shipping carrier schedule etc. Please contact us before placing your order via our website's Chat Box to discuss your Rush Order due date and availability.
Signature Confirmation
To ensure the safe delivery of your package, we recommend selecting the "Signature Required" option at the time of shipping. This way, your package will not be left unattended, reducing the risk of loss or damage.
Package Insurance
Customers have the option to purchase insurance for their package full value with their carrier. Adding insurance provides added protection in case of loss or damage during transit. Please consider adding insurance to your order for peace of mind.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping prices vary by country and are calculated at checkout when you enter your address. Please be aware that customs authorities may contact you to inquire about the contents of your package. Depending on your response, they may determine whether or not to charge you taxes or duties. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs duties and taxes that may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging your order securely, accidents can happen during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a damage claim with the carrier for the full amount insured. Icy Couture will not be liable for damages or claims of any kind related to the shipping of our products. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance and support in the claims process.
