While we are using very strong waterproof & heat resistant glue with proper crystallizing techniques that significantly improve the lifespan of your bedazzled ICY gifts, some degree of lifespan variation may still occur due to individual conditions and factors beyond our control.
While some of our clients enjoy their ICY gifts, made with Austrian Crystals, for 10 years, others much less. Proper care and environmental conditions are the key to maintaining the beauty and longevity of your ICY Couture.

CUSTOM GIFTS: To ensure the best customer experience, and to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we assign orders to our designers within 24 hours after the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.
For modifications of colors or designs after 24 hours, feel free to contact us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, it will depend on how far along the customization process is.
BOUTIQUE GIFTS: For pre-made items, we provide same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on weekdays, while orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If your order has not yet shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation via our chat box.
FINAL SALE:
Fishnets, body jewelry, DIY items, discounted merchandise, and any items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
PREMADE GIFTS:
Return it within 15-days from the date of order in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or for store credit, excluding shipping. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
CUSTOM GIFTS:
Since all our custom items are made per customer's request, we cannot issue refunds on made-per-order gifts, however, if you find a blemish in our work, we will remake it for you of free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours through our web chat box to report a problem.
Even though we use very strong glue, the real fact is that everything that is made with crystals, has the potential of losing them. For that reason, just in case, with every order we send extra crystals in every color and size used in your design.
Alternatively, if you lost some crystals with wear & tear, within your Warranty period, you can send it back to us for a free repair; you will just cover shipping.
For abnormal damage of Icy gifts, or out of the Warranty period, please text us the photos of missing crystals for the repair quote. To initiate a Warranty repair request, please use our chat box, send us a picture of your damage.
Custom Gifts, crystallized with luxury Austrian Crystals (aka Swarovski), are backed by a 5-Year Warranty period from the date of purchase.
Custom gifts, crystallized with Premium Glass Rhinestones are covered for 1 Year Warranty period.
This Warranty on our work covers normal wear & tear, and does not extend to manufacturer's defects, physical abuse, misuse, design tempering, accidents, heat or chemical exposures.
